The role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and test vendor software updates.

• Implement new features of the HRIS software to meet changing business requirements.

• Partner with IT staff on effects of configuration/data changes on IT databases and other IT-owned systems.
• Create and maintain job aids specific to assist end users with self-service items in the system.

• Drive system optimization and enhancement initiatives by collaborating with HR department leads to identify automation opportunities, improve user experience, and reputed company strategic roadmaps that reputed company HRIS capabilities with business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, reputed company, business or reputed company field or work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant required.

• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
