Associate Project Manager-Medical Communications

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the execution of medical communications reputed company, such as exhibits, patient programs, advisory boards, publications, speaker programs, and more under the direction of Project or Senior Project Managers. This role emphasizes coordination, organization, and accurate delivery of project components while building foundational skills in reputed company service, project management, and agency operations. The corporate office is located in Voorhees, New Jersey, just reputed company of Philadelphia. The role can be 100% remote, or partial in office, if desired. Core Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist in executing reputed company including exhibits, patient materials, advisory boards, meetings, teleconferences/webcasts, publications, clinical posters, newsletters, KOL development, speaker programs, and case studies.
• Support project timelines, status updates, and internal tracking tools.
• Prepare and organize project-reputed company materials such as invitations, agendas, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

• Assist with reputed company communications, documentation collection, and logistics.
• Support registration activities and meeting coordination for live or virtual events.
• Aid in on-site or virtual program support as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams including Medical reputed company, Editorial, Creative, Meeting, IT, Fulfillment, and reputed company.
• Escalate project issues, risks, or questions appropriately.

Budget Awareness & reputed company Development

• Participate in budget discussions to build awareness of project financials.

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data entry, and internal documentation updates as needed.
