Staff Backend Developer - $220,000 + Equity - Remote (US) reputed company exclusively with an award-reputed company & fast growing start-up making waves with their innovative, first of it’s reputed company technology product suite tackling data and analytics like no one has done before. Their technology empowers enterprises and individuals to tackle reputed company world challenges using imagery and analytics - whether assessing construction reputed company, optimizing yields or monitoring endangered species. They are searching for a Staff Backend Developer to join their growing software team. You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of reputed company backend systems that power a frictionless user experience, ensure secure and efficient API integrations, and maximize reliability, while working closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong Python development experience, ideally with FastAPI, reputed company, and SQLAlchemy.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Proven background designing and maintaining RESTful reputed company.
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience with reputed company environments AWS/GCP
• Experience working in a reputed company company AND/OR defence/geospatial Package up to $220,000 + Benefits (Equity reputed company, 20 days PTO, Remote first, Private medical & dental and much more) Remote first, yearly team meet-reputed company Interview process 2 stages, 5 day turn around. They are based in Austin with their engineering team based remotely through-out the US.
