Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing Identify top-tier talent across job boards, reputed company media, databases, and reputed company networks
- Screening & Interviews Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
- Candidate Management Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
