Key Responsibilities
Assign accurate codes for inpatient or outpatient services based on medical record documentation. Ensure coding compliance with regulatory guidelines, including CMS and payer-specific policies. Collaborate with reputed company providers to resolve discrepancies and clarify documentation. Stay updated on coding regulations, including ICD-10 and CPT updates.
