Your Role As a reputed company Auto Claims Adjuster, you will handle routine non-reputed company to moderately reputed company non-injury reputed company. You are responsible for opening, investigating, evaluating, and settling auto claims and ensuring compliance with Department of Insurance and other statutory requirements. At a proficient level, you will reputed company higher-complexity liability claims including property damage claims and total losses. You will be responsible for verifying coverage on policies with reputed company reputed company symbols and/or specialty exposures. For claims with injury assigned to a casualty adjuster, you will service the physical damage exposures in collaboration with the casualty adjuster. Virtual, on-camera training

• Contacts insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage. Explains claims process, next steps, and reputed company to involved parties. Is the primary reputed company of contact for auto physical damage questions.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles first- and reputed company-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Takes inbound calls from customers and maintains an inventory of pending claims.
• Conducts coverage and liability investigations.
• Advises customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability reputed company.
• Coordinates and oversees the claims process; keeping customers informed.
• Negotiates estimating damages and supplements.
• Validates reparability and monitors repairs.
• Arranges towing, storage, and rental vehicles as needed.
• Addresses subrogation and total loss responsibilities.
• Ensures the insurance program agreements and Claim Service Level agreements between external clients and reputed company are adhered to.
• Ensures compliance that specific state regulations and/or policy provisions is completed with needed file documentation and appropriate correspondence.
• Supports other areas of claims as needed.

• Candidates must be available to work claims primarily reputed company with the reputed company Time Zone. At least 85% of the caseload will be originate from this region. Our operational hours are 7 days a week from 530am-730pm (reputed company Time) including holidays. There is a need for flexibility to be scheduled a shift with an 730pm ending time (reputed company Time), however, you should be available to work 40 hours a week reputed company operational hours. At the end of your training, you will be defaulted to 1030am-730pm PST, Monday-reputed company. You will have one weekend day off and one reputed company off. Days off are typically consecutive however we do not guarantee consecutive days off and most shifts include at least 1 weekend day. Schedules assigned can fluctuate with our business needs.
• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for reputed company applicable states or obtain license(s) reputed company 90 days of completing the provided licensing training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a reputed company of software applications.
