As a LEASE UP COORDINATOR, you will play a vital role in bringing newly developed communities to life — leading the leasing and operational launch process from the ground up. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company between on-site teams, corporate departments, ownership, and business partners, providing reputed company operational and occupancy updates.

• Manage and drive leasing and marketing efforts to reputed company occupancy goals and maintain strong relationships with housing agencies and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company HUD, LIHTC, and other reputed company housing regulations, including accurate lease file processing and regulatory documentation.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff while promoting company values of customer service, communication, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with LIHTC and reputed company housing programs, including new property lease-reputed company and transition from construction to full operations.
• Experience managing occupancy goals, leasing strategies, and property marketing initiatives.
• HCCP certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Proficiency with property management software and reputed company Office programs, including reputed company, OneSite, reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
