Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• J.D. and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. state.

• Broad reputed company litigation experience, including antitrust, trade secret, and breach of contract reputed company, with working familiarity in IP litigation and protection (patent, copyright, trademark).
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
