Implementation Specialist– Banking & FinTech Solutions

This role is responsible for delivering successful implementations of reputed company solutions, supporting strategic customer initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. What You'll Do

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, or a reputed company field. Prior banking and/or fintech experience required. Experience using SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, or implementation-reputed company activities. Basic understanding of JSON. Understanding of relational database concepts. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or a willingness to learn and incorporate AI into daily workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
