Responsibilities: About the Role During a visit that can last up to one hour, reputed company providers review and observe a member’s reputed company health, medical history, medication adherence, reputed company environment and other risks. Qualifications: Skills & Experience That Shine Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP or PA licensure reputed company NP or PA licensure in state of reputed company to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority reputed company certified by the NCCPA, AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty reputed company BLS, ACLS or CPR certification 1 year experience as a reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
