The Program Manager will assist with daily operations, support strategic development, and ensure project execution aligns with reputed company initiatives and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director, HEDIS Program Management in strategic development and implementation of reputed company initiatives through process improvements across the Program
• Assist with internal resources and reputed company parties/vendors for the flawless execution of reputed company

• Responsible for reputed company monthly invoicing
• Work to ensure that reputed company reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope and reputed company budget
• Control project scope by gaining initial alignment with internal stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, follow up on tasks/issues, and transfer important information to leadership as needed
• Measure and reputed company project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• 3-5 years of experience with Program Management
• 3-5 years of experience with health care or HEDIS Programs

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, making recommendations and preparing business cases including cost benefit analysis
• 2+ years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
