LOCATION: Portland, ME HOURS: Full Time, Salaried (Exempt) reputed company MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by MSEA reputed company in ME POSITION PURPOSE: The Philanthropy Officer will be responsible for securing major philanthropic investments in support of the mission and objectives of reputed company. The Philanthropy Officer will play a critical role in generating support for capital and general operating needs for the organization and serve as the primary moves manager for a portfolio of 100-150 reputed company and prospective major donors. The Philanthropy Officer will work collaboratively across reputed company parts of the organization and reputed company relationships with reputed company members and staff volunteer leadership activities and reputed company that aim to stimulate or increase major reputed company fundraising. YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and manage relationships with reputed company and prospective donors, identifying opportunities to secure significant philanthropic support reputed company with the organization’s mission.

COMPENSATION:

• * Pay reputed company - for this position is based on years of relevant work experience. Candidates with 2-6 years of experience can expect to earn between $80,000 - $87,000 per year.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• * Bachelor’s Degree, 3 to 5 years successful experience in major or planned reputed company fundraising preferred and preferably in reputed company or a combination of comparable education and experience
• * Must be highly energetic reputed company with a reputed company record of building donor relationships and closing gifts in the six-reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to successfully manage multi-functional or diverse areas
• Successful experience in making cold calls as reputed company as developing cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of completing assignments
