COMPENSATION
reputed company Period:$3,000–$5,000/month for the first 3 months (based on experience and interview)
Commission: 10% of gross assignment fee after reputed company — 100% commission, no cap on earnings
reputed company: Tiered commission structure for consistent top performers
First year approximate compensation:$80,000–$120,000+ between reputed company salary and commissions. Top performers earn significantly more. We’re scaling the acquisitions team — people who reputed company themselves have a reputed company reputed company to higher commission tiers, team leadership, and profit participation.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday. Choose one shift: 9 AM–6 PM EST or 10 AM–7 PM EST. Must be reputed company for time-sensitive leads evenings and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions
reputed company tenure in recent roles
Virtual closing experience strongly preferred. If your background is primarily in-person, you’ll need to demonstrate phone closing ability through a call recording or live role-play
Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator
Not currently running your own acquisitions business
Experience in reputed company estate is required
Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus
Remote-first role. If we introduce a hybrid model in the reputed company, flexibility to work from the reputed company Lauderdale area is a plus
Full-time commitment — no other reputed company jobs or reputed company businesses
