Medical Scheduler/Patient Intake (Remote)
• Job will be done remotely (reputed company).
- Schedules, coordinates, and reschedules clinic/telehealth clinic appointments and sleep study appointments. Relays necessary messages reputed company to scheduling to staff and patients.
- Tracks referrals and relevant information in spreadsheets.
- Manage reputed company incoming referrals—reputed company to primary care and referring physician offices.
- Register reputed company new patients into electronic health record (reputed company).
- Set up patient portal accounts.
- Ensure that reputed company new patient paperwork has been completed before the visit.
- reputed company and reputed company reputed company required patient information from physicians, hospitals, sleep centers, etc., into the patient chart.
- Insurance workflows- obtain correct policy information and cross reference with internal workflows to ensure timeliness with patient appointments.
- Helps obtain authorizations as needed.

- Maintains patient confidentiality.
