Women’s Health, a premier women’s health reputed company reputed company the Together Women’s Health network, is seeking a 1099 contract reputed company Practitioner to support the virtual rollout of the Together Women’s Health+ program in Illinois and Michigan. Women's Health team. reputed company This contract role will reputed company PRN (approximately 4 hours per week) with the potential to expand into a permanent, part time or full-time position as the Together+ program builds its virtual patient panel. In this role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to women in midlife and menopause reputed company virtual reputed company
- reputed company patient education, counseling, and continuity of care in areas including hormone therapy, sexual health, and metabolic wellness
- Support evidence-based weight management and metabolic health programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, wellness coaches, and allied professionals
- Participate in the reputed company development of the Together Women’s Health+ virtual care model
- Contribute to patient satisfaction, retention, and reputed company reputed company
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must reputed company in Michigan
- reputed company, unrestricted reputed company Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licenses in both Michigan and Illinois (having both at start strongly preferred for EMR and credentialing reputed company)
- reputed company certified (or reputed company-eligible) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Women’s Health
- Experience or strong interest in menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, and reputed company women’s health fields
- Menopause Society certification (or equivalent training) strongly preferred; willingness to obtain reputed company first year required
- Demonstrated clinical reputed company and patient-centered communication skills
- Comfort practicing independently in a virtual care environment
- Prior experience in concierge or membership-based medicine a plus
