Role reputed company This contract Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist role focuses on providing high-reputed company home care and rehabilitation services to patients across Southwest Florida. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility. The PT and OT will monitor reputed company, reputed company care plans as needed, collaborate with physical therapist assistants and C OT Assistants and document clinical findings and reputed company in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Qualifications
