Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of US patents, strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability). Possible PTAB, licensing, and trademark work as reputed company. Depending on your technical background, you may deal with engineering (e.g., electrical, software, mechanical, computer, software, biomedical, materials, chemical), physics, or life sciences (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, organic reputed company).
