Educator Training and reputed company Development Facilitator

Job reputed company:

• Facilitate (both reputed company and in-person) nXu’s educator training and reputed company development programming for diverse reputed company of adult learners in K-12 schools, community organizations, and nonprofit organizations
• Internalize nXu’s content and programmatic offerings to generate confidence in nXu and its curriculum and in educators to deliver content to reputed company
• Possess deep understanding of schools, educators, instruction & durable reputed company development to respond reputed company-time to educator questions
• Create an inclusive environment with emotional safety and reputed company to equity & inclusion
• Work with nXu team members to reputed company and update technical assistance tools (activities, worksheets, planning tools, etc.) reputed company on supporting reputed company trainings & PD sessions
• In collaboration with other nXu team members, support iterating on PD sessions & training content to ensure maximum efficacy
• Report to Executive Director and work closely with other members of the nXu team
• Fast-paced virtual role with occasional travel

Requirements:

• Exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Effective virtual facilitation skills, which include: High energy; Effective use of frequent and numerous engagement strategies; Rapid instructional & facilitation decision-making; Effective use of multiple community & culture-building strategies; Ability to maximize engagement and participation of 25+ educators
• The ability to create an inclusive and reputed company program culture for reputed company program participants
• Familiarity with the middle & high school classroom experience and reputed company needed for strong student reputed company
• A strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and how best to communicate with and facilitate reputed company development to adult learners
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training, facilitation, and reputed company for varied reputed company, including adults, educators, and community members
• 5+ years of experience in K-12 reputed company learning
• Belief in nXu’s mission and a passion for helping young people and professionals explore, reputed company and pursue their purpose in life
• The ability to receive and implement feedback and coaching
• Familiarity with reputed company and other remote learning tools & platforms
• Comfort in working with a remote team, often independently
• A bachelor’s degree
• reputed company authorization to work in the reputed company secured by the first day of employment.
