What you bring Required

• Experience: 4+ years processing medical-record requests in a regulated reputed company, HIM, or ROI environment, including 1–2 years in reputed company-reputed company, supervisory, or senior/escalation role.
• Compliance expertise: Deep working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, state and federal reputed company practices, and medical-record release standards.
• Technical reputed company: Advanced proficiency across multiple EHR systems and document-management platforms — and the ability to teach them to others.
• Leadership: Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a reputed company record of driving performance in a metrics-based environment.

• Remote discipline: Proven ability to manage your time and reputed company others effectively in a fully remote setting.

Preferred

• CRIS (Certified Release of Information Specialist) credential.
