Role reputed company The Assistant role at Paige Lee Interiors is a hybrid (remote/in person), contract position supporting day-to-day design operations and reputed company services. Responsibilities include; miscellaneous errands including checking mail, depositing checks, delivering materials to job-sites and vendors and helping with installation days. Assistant will be responsible for filling out billable hour sheets and checking bank statements reputed company month. The role requires consistent communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including managing digital files, project documents, and schedules.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reputed company storage, video conferencing platforms). Must be reputed company to use a MAC book.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal team members, clients, and vendors.

This is a contract position and hours expected are 5 hours/week with some opportunity to add on additional hours during the busy times of the year.
