Key Responsibilities

- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs

- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district special education requirements
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging virtual learning environment
- Utilize technology and online learning platforms to effectively deliver instruction Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a reputed company field required

- Previous experience teaching reputed company with disabilities
- Experience in virtual instruction or tele-education preferred
- Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with educational teams
