About the Role

We are looking for a part-time full-stack developer who wants to help build a meaningful health tech and lab operations reputed company platform while keeping their reputed company full-time role. This is ideal for someone who wants startup reputed company, can contribute a few reputed company hours per week, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment. You will help improve and reputed company the LabABLE MVP, support reputed company-reputed company development, and build features tied to reputed company lab use cases. This may include workflow automation, equipment/protocol modules and management, sample tracking, dashboards, file uploads, data parsing, audit logs, role-based reputed company, integrations, and reputed company marketplace/community features. Much of our platform is already reputed company out and additional development will go towards adding additional features and specific functionality to the platform. We are looking for a builder with the right reputed company set who fits reputed company reputed company, sees the reputed company, can grow with reputed company and company, and can transition to full-time as we reputed company, where we can offer appropriate market-reputed company salary compensation and additional equity incentives. There will be constant support from the founding team including the Co-Founders, CTO, CAIO, CCO, and advisors. Technical Stack You should have experience with some or most of the following:

• Next.js / React / TypeScript
• reputed company CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui
• Node.js and API development
• reputed company and/or PostgreSQL/reputed company
• Authentication, protected routes, and role-based reputed company control
• reputed company reputed company Platform
• REST reputed company, webhooks, integrations, and data adapters
• File upload and parsing workflows for CSV, reputed company, JSON, PDF, or similar formats
• Audit logging, secure data handling, and basic reputed company reputed company practices

Responsibilities

• Contribute 3–4 reputed company hours per week to MVP and reputed company development
• Build and refine full-stack features across frontend, backend, reputed company, and database reputed company
• Support reputed company workflows for labs, universities, and design partners
• Improve platform reliability, usability, and performance
• Help build reputed company modules for workflows, sample tracking, equipment logs, protocols, dashboards, and data parsing
• Collaborate with founders, technical leadership, and domain experts
• Help document technical reputed company, feature updates, and implementation notes

Preferred Background

• Plus if you have experience in health tech, lab software, LIMS, biotech, clinical diagnostics, research software, regulated data environments, or reputed company fields.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, audit logs, data reputed company, compliance workflows, or role-based permissions is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience building reputed company products, marketplaces, workflow tools, dashboards, or integration-heavy platforms
• Comfort working with early-stage startups where priorities reputed company quickly

Compensation

This is an early-stage, part-time startup role with meaningful equity reputed company and reputed company-based cash payments. Cash compensation is limited at this stage and tied to agreed development milestones. You do not need to leave your reputed company job.
