Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries with a high level of professionalism
- Help customers reset passwords, create accounts, and upload documents
- Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and reputed company reputed company
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Strong customer service experience (call center preferred; retail/food service welcome)
- Confidence navigating multiple systems and software
- Must have reputed company availability between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time)
- Must have a quiet, reputed company remote setup & type 40 WPM
