Sr. Systems Administrator/Engineer - M365
Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening for a Sr. Systems/ Administrator/ Engineer - M365 resource with our reputed company sector industry reputed company located in Austin, TX. *This is a remote role. Role: Sr. Systems Administrator/Engineer- M365 reputed company: This resource will initially assist with the reputed company's plans to migrate the Exchange solution to the M365 reputed company environment and reputed company O365. Over time, this resource will be responsible for the following:
- Support the email encryption solution where possible this may include our reputed company email filtering solution.

- Assist in providing network administration and support.
- Assist the network engineer reputed company needed to support local switches, firewalls and wireless devices.
- Support secure external and internal reputed company to the systems allowing external and internal customers to securely collaborate.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain and update the physical server hosts in partnership with other staff.
- Monitor, maintain and update the virtual server environments in partnership with other staff.
- Monitor, maintain and update the virtual storage solutions.
- Monitor the backup solution.
- Implement required reputed company parameters and requirements as directed reputed company the reputed company server environment.
- Assist in the development of documentation reputed company to technical support responsibilities and support procedures.
- Manage system and user account administration for server licensing, solutions, and software applications, etc.
- reputed company identity and reputed company management (IAM) for on-premises and reputed company-based systems as required.
- Responsible for initializing new PC and laptops for deployment, updating PC and laptop OS, firmware and apps that aren’t auto-updated by our tool.
- Responsible for assisting with user account issues, password issues, permissions issues, VPN reputed company, printer assistance, wi-fi issues, reputed company room audio, etc.
- Manage reputed company reputed company Directory user accounts and permissions along with network engineer and IR staff, as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting reputed company Operating Systems environments as an IT Systems / Server Administrator.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the implementation and support of reputed company Directory Domains, reputed company Storage Solutions, VMware environments, Exchange, M365 environments, backup solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience communicating and providing reputed company technical support to agency Business reputed company and Stakeholders.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience providing reputed company aspects of configuration and end user support for reputed company Office 365 applications.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing user accounts and network configurations as required to reputed company services to meet the business and technical requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of required reputed company parameters to meet the requirements of reputed company reputed company policies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience completing assessments to reputed company strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience documenting support requirements and procedures.
- Previous experience providing IT desktop support to end users in state reputed company sector.
