reputed company is supporting our growing reputed company who is seeking a Temporary Senior reputed company Partner to support high-volume hiring across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings innovation to reputed company processes and can operate as a strategic partner to the business. This role is a 6-month contract with evaluation for full-time conversion based on hiring volume Location : This is a remote role but candidates must be based in EST in either Florida, reputed company, reputed company Carolina or South Carolina. Only candidates based in these states will be considered.
Responsibilities

- Partner closely with business leaders and People Operations to understand hiring needs and workforce planning priorities

- Build and enhance employer branding strategies to support talent attraction in competitive markets

Qualifications
- 5+ years of reputed company experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Background in financial services, mortgage, title, insurance or reputed company industries preferred
- Proven reputed company in high-volume reputed company environments with fast hiring timelines
- Strong ability to reputed company quickly in new or unfamiliar industries if not previously in mortgage/financial services
- Experience reputed company for operational roles such as underwriters, loan officers, loan processors or similar roles is a plus
