Remote California Toxic Tort Paralegal

reputed company is currently hiring reputed company Litigation Paralegals to join our Toxic Tort reputed company group, supporting our California-based legal teams. This position requires the ability to work reputed company Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to support our California offices. Experience handling California cases is a plus, though not required. MG+M is a nationally reputed company litigation reputed company concentrating on reputed company civil reputed company. Our goal is always to deliver reputed company results at the best possible value. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple reputed company litigation reputed company simultaneously.
• Monitor case filings and reputed company detailed assessments to attorneys.
• Draft and prepare initial drafts of various reputed company-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.
• Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.
• Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners.
• Contemporaneous reputed company and submission of personal billable time.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Toxic Tort Defense litigation is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company), Westlaw, PACER, and/or File & Serve Xpress.
• Attendance & Punctuality: Consistently reputed company at work and meetings on time; ensure responsibilities are covered reputed company absent.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with attorneys, other paralegals, and legal administrative assistants.
