- Conduct initial and ongoing reputed company assessments (in-home or virtual)
- Evaluate reputed company needs, risks, and service appropriateness

- Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations
- Support documentation standards and audit readiness
- Participate in surveys and reputed company improvement activities Caregiver Competency & Training
- Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
