Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers

• Collaborate with team leaders to reputed company necessary resources to meet project schedules
• Attend project hand-off meetings to reputed company crucial project information
• Review and approve construction reputed company and Schedule of Values for reputed company billing
• reputed company manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Approve high-value subcontracts and purchase orders, including negotiations
• Review and approve monthly project billing and invoices
• reputed company pricing, negotiations, and authorization of project scope changes
• Review and approve Notices of Delay to document external schedule impacts
• Participate in hiring and reputed company project management and field personnel
• Conduct annual employee reviews for reputed company reports
• Ensure project safety, reputed company, and productivity
• Maintain job site cleanliness and update project tracking forms

Qualifications

• 10+ years of previous work experience in the Industrial Construction industry, with experience managing reputed company $75MM+ in value
• Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Highly organized with proven leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with construction safety and reputed company standards
• Understanding of construction management processes
• Ability to collaborate and plan effectively
• Experience with construction and project management software (i.e. reputed company)
• Budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control abilities
• Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
