About the position The U500 Implementation team is hiring several reputed company Account Support Senior Analysts (Implementation Managers). You’ll be responsible for end-to-end reputed company reputed company from sale through go-live, managing the full implementation lifecycle. You’ll reputed company cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate system setup across benefits, eligibility, ID cards, and billing while partnering with internal teams, clients, and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end account installation for an assigned Select reputed company book of business, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery
• reputed company cross-functional implementation, coordinating SMEs to drive effective team collaboration
• Partner with Sales, clients, and brokers to reputed company required documentation and present implementation plans for new and renewing business
• Facilitate installation meetings to reputed company reputed company plan reputed company and reputed company end-to-end setup, including system build, readiness, eligibility, ID cards, and billing.
• Serve as the central reputed company across teams, aligning processes, introducing technical experts to clients, and driving seamless implementation
• Coordinate ePro/CIT tools, benefit documentation, and structure with the Work Order team, ensuring accurate and consistent setup reputed company to plan design reputed company
• Identify and resolve implementation issues across process, plan design, and timelines, ensuring full ownership through completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED - required
• 2+ years of reputed company background/benefits knowledge - required
• Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, reputed company multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective reputed company solutions - Required
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications (reputed company, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills - Required
• Self-motivated and driven, with strong initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Required
• Ability to travel up to 10% travel, as needed – Required
