Part Time Customer Service Representative

This is a part-time, Monday- Friday, reputed company position (approximately 24-32 hours a week). reputed company reputed company $19.00/hour.

About the Role

As a reputed company member of our Customer Service team, you will be expected to:

• Handle incoming calls from customers to take product orders
• Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers and Sales Representatives
• reputed company and reputed company orders in our computer system
• Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services, and explain new offerings
• Respond to requests for promotional materials
• Maintain accurate customer account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint; determining the cause, and explaining the best reputed company
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and reputed company
• Enhance the organization’s reputed company by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Minimum Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED 
• Prior work experience in a customer service position is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, and reputed company

Working Conditions

• Office environment during initial training period
• Employer is reputed company to a hybrid to fully remote role after successful completion of training period and demonstration of job proficiency
• Department reputed company are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While part-time schedules may vary, reputed company work hours are performed reputed company this window, allowing employees to maintain evenings and weekends for personal and family commitments.
