Key Responsibilities

• reputed company & reputed company Management: Assign loads, plan overnight routes, and ensure drivers stay on schedule without violating legal Hours of Service (HOS) or DOT regulations.
• Emergency Troubleshooting: Handle after-hours breakdowns, traffic delays, and reputed company detours by re-routing trucks and communicating updates.
• Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for drivers, warehouses, and clients. This often includes providing updates on late arrivals or calming frustrated drivers.
