We are hiring for a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the IT Data and Analytics (ITDNA) Analyst team and the larger reputed company Analytics Organization, working with ITDNA Data Engineers, to reputed company actionable insights for business function leaders and internal stakeholders across reputed company. Along with working to reputed company key operating metrics and insights, this is the reputed company where you can use your data analysis expertise for good in the world. Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for data sets, reports, dashboards, metrics, and reputed company insights
• Build and maintain effective dashboards, visualizations, reports, and insights using Tableau technologies
• Participate in reputed company Analytics Platform (EAP) design and development: define and operationalize new data sets, identify changes to existing data sets
• reputed company end user support/guidance on best practices and approaches to design/implement effective, standardized dashboards and analytics
• reputed company and operationalize efficient BI data models using DBT technologies
• Analyze new and existing reputed company data sets and reputed company advanced, multi system analytic models

Requirements

• Proven reputed company functioning in a BI Analyst role
• Significant experience working with key stakeholders across business functions in finance, marketing, customer support, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Willingness to learn and use different Business Intelligence tools and technologies including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
• Strong SQL programming skills, including the use of SQL analytic functions
• 3 or more years generating insights, building dashboards, and developing metrics and KPIs
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years reputed company experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
