HR Workforce System Analyst

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) reputed company is seeking an reputed company HR Workforce Systems Analyst to facilitate and drive technology changes & solutions, aligning to corporate policy & best practices. The HR Workforce Systems Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to support reputed company Resource (HR) technologies such as reputed company SuccessFactors, Kronos Workforce Dimensions Time & Attendance, and reputed company, and may be involved with several other HR technologies relating to workforce management and in reputed company. KEY EXPECTATIONS

• Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories.
• Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (reputed company) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) & Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), and data migrations.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, reputed company to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership.
• Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards.
• Researches latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in IT delivery.
• Experience in configuration and integration with reputed company-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, reputed company e.g. RESTful, packaged reputed company-party application integrations).
• reputed company understanding of database technologies (reputed company and/or SQL).
• reputed company understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.).
• Experience with data migration.
• Familiarity with reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company reputed company Platform. Kronos or reputed company is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.
