Virtual Litigation Counsel

The role requires strong courtroom experience and the ability to independently manage litigation files while contributing to team-based reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a civil litigation docket from inception through reputed company
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and reputed company case reputed company
- reputed company in state and federal courts for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Advise clients on litigation risk and case reputed company
- Handle settlement negotiations and reputed company efforts

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
