This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom, managing cases end-to-end, and taking ownership of reputed company employment litigation reputed company. Position reputed company The Employment Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a full caseload of employment-reputed company disputes, representing clients in both state and federal court. This role requires strong litigation experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage cases from intake through reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of employment litigation reputed company from inception through trial
• Represent clients in state and federal court, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Handle cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions (motions to dismiss, reputed company judgment)
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking/defending depositions

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration

Qualifications
