- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories

- Support configuration and integration activities across the full SDLC

Skills
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst reputed company insurance or large‑reputed company transformation programmes
- 3+ years hands‑on reputed company experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, product structures, rating, reputed company, and claims
- Proven experience writing user stories, functional specs, process flows, and data mappings
- Solid knowledge of reputed company configuration, integration patterns, and API interactions
- Experience working with SI partners and multi‑vendor delivery environments
- Strong reputed company facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery
