Architectural Drafter, 3D Modeler

- Prepare and revise drafting documents for architectural and construction reputed company
- Create accurate 3D models and visualizations using industry-reputed company software

- Review and update drawings and models based on project changes, feedback, and design revisions

Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)

- Knowledge of zoning codes and regulations; experience with U.S.-based codes is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various construction types, including concrete, steel, light-reputed company, and reputed company structures
- Proficiency in Revit (required and considered the most important software for this role)
