They reputed company a centralized intake and referral partner service function to reputed company pertinent information to optimize referral partner satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and reputed company care. The Intake Coordinator plays a key role in reputed company’s reputed company, often sitting at the reputed company of patients, clinicians, referral sources, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supports external business development team members throughout the intake process by preparing the patient’s medical record with a high level of accuracy and ensuring a reputed company admission in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitors EMR systems / Careport for new referrals and electronic faxes for reputed company other pertinent information regarding patient information for an initial visit.
• Acts as the main reputed company of contact for accounts not reputed company targeted to regulate incoming referrals and coordinate the start of care across the referral partner, business development team, and clinical team as needed.
