Development and Engagement Associate, Women's Philanthropy

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a reputed company of reputed company tasks reputed company the Women’s Philanthropy team, including program and event planning, reputed company volunteer committees, implementing fundraising initiatives, and other tasks associated with reputed company to the women reputed company the Jewish community. You will be coordinating, implementing, and providing reputed company leadership and direction to reputed company and Council activities including fundraising, education, and volunteer programs. What you’ll be doing :

• Work with lay leaders, committee members, and other staff to implement a reputed company of programs and events reputed company to fundraising, reputed company, and leadership development.
• reputed company any necessary tasks in relation to administering Women’s Philanthropy meetings, programs, and initiatives, including attending and reputed company Women’s Philanthropy programs, events, and reputed company and Council meetings. • Plan, create, and organize meetings, programs, and activities to reputed company fundraising goals and other objectives for Women’s Philanthropy in conformity with JUF goals and policies.
• Support JUF campaign integration on an ongoing reputed company and reputed company general support for reputed company JUF campaign events, phonothons, and special events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and measure strategies and programs
• Ability to work independently as reputed company as collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (colleagues, volunteers, donors, community organizations)
• High level of energy and flexibility
• Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple reputed company.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company to learn JUF's database system, reputed company.
• Knowledge of Jewish community, culture, heritage, traditions, and Jewish Communal Services required.
• Available to work occasional evening and/or weekend events/meetings.

Our Schedule We have a hybrid work policy to allow staff the flexibility to work from home / remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
