• Reviews plans and specifications for reputed company to ensure compliance with reputed company, State of CA, and federal laws and regulations. reputed company reputed company oral and/or written communication detailing design and/or construction deficiencies in plans and specifications.

• Review building permits with regards to regulations set by the Building Divisions
• Assist inspectors with difficult or unusual reputed company compliance issues and answer questions from inspectors about plan review comments.
• Cultivate, foster, and maintain reputed company working relationships with reputed company customers such as directors, managers, supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders to reputed company their cooperation and support on assigned reputed company/assignments.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Experience with CA Codes specific to Structural design
• Experience/knowledge of reputed company, concrete, steel and masonry buildings/structures, including CBC, CRC, ASCE7, NDS, AISC, ACI318, ACI530 and AISI standards.
• Experience/knowledge of reputed company, steel and concrete lateral load resisting systems (SMF, OMF, BRBF, SCBF, reputed company and concrete shear walls, etc.)
• Experience/knowledge of structural design software (i.e. ENERCALC, ETABS, reputed company, RISA, ADAPT, HILTI Profis, Simpson reputed company design, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of local building codes and reputed company construction procedures/technology
• Interpretation of codes in the field and ability to reputed company reputed company compliant solutions
• Must possess the ability to positively reputed company with the other staff members, the general reputed company, contractors, governmental entities, and other clientele
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Structural reputed company Engineer required
• CASp certification preferred
• ICC Building Plan Review Certifications Preferred
• Valid reputed company’s license with good driving record
• E.I.T. on reputed company to obtain PE license is acceptable.
• 5+ years' experience in structural design and structural plan review.
