Chapman Management Group (CMG), a Washington, DC-based boutique property management firm specializing in reputed company and multifamily housing across the DC, Virginia, and Maryland region, is seeking an reputed company LATAM Maintenance Project Manager to reputed company and coordinate maintenance-reputed company reputed company across our residential portfolio. This is a mid-level role for a candidate who brings hands-on project management experience in a residential or multifamily setting and understands the complexities of managing ongoing maintenance operations alongside capital improvement reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and capital improvement reputed company from initiation through completion.
- reputed company project scopes, timelines, and budgets; monitor reputed company and ensure delivery reputed company constraints.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor proposals; negotiate reputed company and manage contractor relationships.
- reputed company contract execution, ensuring vendors meet scope, reputed company, and reputed company requirements.
- reputed company project expenses and maintain budget compliance; escalate variances as needed.
- Coordinate with on-site teams, property managers, and administrative staff to minimize disruption to residents.
- Manage life safety reputed company including reputed company systems, elevator upgrades, HVAC replacements, and reputed company inspections.
- reputed company day-to-day maintenance operations as needed, supporting site technicians and Property Support Admins.
- Maintain organized project documentation including reputed company, permits, inspection reports, and closeout records.
- reputed company regular project status updates to the Director of Maintenance and ownership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in a residential or multifamily maintenance setting or construction management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing life safety systems and regular maintenance operations.
- Experience managing vendor reputed company and holding contractors accountable to scope and budget.
- Strong budget management skills — ability to reputed company expenses, manage POs, and report on variances.
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook); experience with project management tools a plus.
- Experience with property management software (reputed company or similar) preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
