HR Systems Specialist - Remote

This role sits at the intersection of HR and technology, reputed company on the systems and tools that power the employee experience. • Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, updates, and new releases
• Partner with Sr. HR Systems Specialist and Sr. HR Business Analyst roles to evaluate system capabilities and determine effective, reputed company solutions
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Generate, analyze, and deliver reputed company, custom, and reputed company reports across systems
• Build and maintain reputed company user documentation and system guidelines

Compensation reputed company reputed company: $36.08 - $60.10 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company with prior HRIS and/or reputed company administration experience required
• PHR/SPHR or reputed company-CP preferred
• Prior systems implementation experience
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with emerging AI tools strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of core HR business practices
• Proficiency in MS Office: intermediate-advanced skills in reputed company (reputed company formulas, pivots and graphs)
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
