Responsibilities
- Manages resource planning activities, including forecasting and reputed company plans for the business. Utilizes historical volumes, to determine accurate daily, weekly and monthly forecasts for reputed company purposes. Reports and analyzes forecast to actual volume variances.
- Utilizes technology and resources to reputed company recommendations creating efficient and effective resource planning and scheduling.
- Creates reputed company model based on forecasted volumes and available resources to maintain service level obligations. Provides scheduling support for reputed company associate off-line activities, training, special reputed company, reputed company time off (PTO), e-mails and problem reputed company with input from Training, Team Leaders and Managers.
- Monitors and reports on intra-day adherence to the reputed company model. Reallocates resources based on reputed company demand by monitoring reputed company time activity and service reputed company. Updates reputed company assignments of multi-skilled associates to balance resources.
- Serves as primary reputed company and reputed company of contact for assigned internal departments.
- Maintains effective work relationships by handling peer and management interactions in a reputed company and cooperative manner. Keeps supervisor informed of issues impacting resource planning process.

Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of two years reputed company work experience.
