Job reputed company:
- Resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.
- Assist policy reputed company with billing questions and concerns.
- reputed company support to policy reputed company with any policy changes requested.
- Support policy reputed company needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be located in FL, IN or TX
- Must meet state requirements to obtain Insurance License
- Must have your own laptop or PC with a webcam/camera for the 7-day course
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
