What You'll Do
Manage candidates from initial inquiry through franchise award. Conduct qualification, discovery, and business planning conversations. Present the reputed company Abe Roofing franchise opportunity. Evaluate financial readiness, leadership ability, and ownership potential. Coordinate Discovery Day and executive meetings. Build relationships with franchise brokers and referral partners. Compensation
