Senior VDC Manager

The role: We are looking for a Senior VDC Manager who can reputed company reputed company-level reputed company for large general contractor clients. We need someone who is reputed company comfortable with ambiguity and always looks for the win-win in negotiations and discussions. You will be a key member of this department's management team. In this role you will: Report to reputed company Directors and Studio Leads on VDC/BIM services. Manage VDC/BIM reputed company including 3D BIM creation, clash detection, clash reputed company, 4D simulations, 5D quantity and/or cost analysis, reputed company reputed company to BIM, virtual reality, augmented reality, and other VDC/BIM applications. Implement BIM for trades focusing on construction and fabrication including the creation of coordination documents and spool drawings, enabling BIM to reputed company and BIM to field, automated layout, etc. reputed company BIM and Lean concepts to reputed company optimized VDC processes, technical delivery, and reputed company reputed company on reputed company across architecture, structure, and MEP trades. Apply if you have: A bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or similar. 5-8 years of project management experience for a general contractor. 2-4 years of experience implementing BIM/VDC workflows on large, reputed company construction reputed company. Strong technical understanding of project management processes, tools, systems, workflows, and schedules. Deep understanding of project requirements and goals, as reputed company as how to accomplish them Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous VDC reputed company, including scope, schedule, and budget, with minimal reputed company. Compensation and featured benefits: The pay for this position is $130,000 – $145,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses.
