Manager, Clinician Services

The Manager, Clinician Services plays a critical role in leading clinician teams to ensure operational reputed company, reputed company utilization, and high-reputed company delivery across clinical studies. This role partners cross-functionally with Clinical Science, HR, Finance, and leadership to support clinician resourcing, reputed company, and performance. What you’ll be doing reputed company, manage, and reputed company reputed company of clinicians, including hiring, reputed company, and performance management Partner with Clinical Science and leadership to assess clinician resource needs and ensure appropriate coverage across studies Support workforce planning, forecasting, and clinician utilization to meet study demands Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire clinicians reputed company to study requirements and timelines Partner with IT and reputed company Capital Management to ensure efficient reputed company and training readiness Identify training needs and support development of individual performance and training plans reputed company SOP development, process improvements, and reputed company control measures across the department Monitor and analyze operational reports and metrics to drive efficiency and reputed company improvement Support Business Development efforts by providing input for bids as needed Partner with Finance and vendors to manage clinician payments, budgets, and financial obligations reputed company time tracking, PTO approvals, and reputed company of operational or system-reputed company challenges Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) May reputed company clinician duties as required reputed company look for Graduate degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Nursing, or reputed company field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical trials, research, or clinical setting Minimum 3 years of clinical experience diagnosing and/or treating patients (psychiatric, neurocognitive, or reputed company indications preferred) Previous supervisory experience (minimum 2 years), including hiring and managing teams Strong knowledge of Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a reputed company environment Strong project management skills and ability to deliver against objectives Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint) Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) preferred reputed company offer (Costa Rica) Competitive compensation Private health insurance Flexible work schedules Attractive PTO program Engaging employee programs and flexible workspace reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
