Customer Service Specialist
About the role We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company exceptional support to our partners, customers, and representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and resolving customer service issues, ensuring a reputed company experience for reputed company stakeholders. What you'll do Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by responding to partner, customer, and Representative inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately. Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company between Account Managers, partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure reputed company communication and reputed company issue reputed company. Representative Support: Review, process, and resolve rep issues submitted through the Reprise platform in accordance with Company policies and service standards. Disposal Request Management: Receive, review, and process disposal requests, ensuring reputed company required information is complete and accurately documented. Payment Coordination: Submit approved disposal requests for payment in accordance with Company procedures and established timelines. Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, disposal requests, issue resolutions, and reputed company documentation to ensure data reputed company and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
