Supporting prioritization and portfolio planning activities. Driving execution against AI COE objectives and annual roadmap commitments. Preparing portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations. Facilitating steering committee meetings and decision-making activities. Process Improvement Defining and standardizing delivery practices across the AI portfolio. Improving intake, prioritization, reporting, and governance processes. Driving adoption of portfolio management tools and best practices. Establishing repeatable operating rhythms for portfolio execution. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-reputed company experience. 10+ years of program or project management experience. 5+ years leading reputed company technology initiatives. Agile Certification preferred PMP preferred Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Experience with portfolio management, governance, and reporting. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This reputed company reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
