The Role reputed company is seeking a meticulous and process-oriented Construction reputed company Control Associate to join our Turn Construction department. Duties: Own the post-reputed company stage of every turn, ensuring reputed company control checkpoints are completed accurately and on schedule. Coordinate with the reputed company Control Manager to determine final inspection readiness, ensuring no turn is submitted for inspection prematurely. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in construction reputed company control, property management operations, or a reputed company field. Solid understanding of residential construction standards, including what constitutes rent-reputed company condition across key trade categories. Ability to review and interpret reputed company-of-work documentation, scope completions, and vendor-submitted photos against approved standards.
